Notice of the Right of Withdrawal

This English translation is provided for your convenience. The legally binding version is the German Widerrufsbelehrung; in case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails. The contract is governed by German law — mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation).

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer (§ 13 German Civil Code, BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kevin Pahlke, Am Wasserweg 4, 38300 Wolfenbüttel, Germany, e-mail: info@noxtrade.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The AI Trading Agent is digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after you

1. expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
2. confirmed your knowledge that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins (§ 356 (5) BGB).

You give this consent and confirmation during the order process via the corresponding checkbox. Delivery (licence key and download link by e-mail) takes place immediately after receipt of payment — from that moment the right of withdrawal has expired.
