the German version prevails.
⚠️ Important notice
Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk and can lead to the loss of your entire invested capital. Read this risk disclosure in full before using the AI Trading Agent.
No financial advice
The AI Trading Agent is a software tool for automating trading decisions. It does not constitute financial advice, an investment recommendation or a solicitation to buy or sell cryptocurrencies.
General risks of crypto trading
- Cryptocurrencies are subject to extreme price swings — losses of 50% or more within a few hours are possible
- There is no deposit insurance for cryptocurrencies
- Markets can crash 24/7 and without warning
- Regulatory changes can restrict trading or make it impossible
- Past performance is not an indicator of future results
Specific risks of the AI Trading Agent
- The agent makes autonomous decisions — you bear full responsibility for all outcomes
- AI models can fail or make wrong decisions in unusual market situations
- Technical failures (API outages, server problems) can lead to unintended positions
- Stop-loss mechanisms are no guarantee against losses — slippage can occur in fast markets
- Using the agent requires ongoing costs for the Claude API and a server
Your own responsibility
You alone are responsible for:
- The decision to deploy the agent
- The amount of capital you commit
- Monitoring the agent's activities
- All tax and legal consequences of your trading activities
Recommendation
Only use the agent with capital whose total loss you can afford. Test the agent extensively in paper mode (simulation) before committing real capital.
Disclaimer

Your statutory rights in the event of defects of the software itself, and the statutory liability rules summarised in the EULA (section 6), remain unaffected.
